we are all but done with our project. all we need is to become fully fledged apple developers so we can test our app and then release it to the great big world.
 
this week we have all but finished. we have figured out how to get the correct coordinates from google earth in decimal form as opposed to degrees, minutes, seconds, which is google earths default. now we just have to finish coding
 
this week we have not gotten much done. the reason for this is because we need someone to answer our question on stack overflow of how to make a picker drop pins. until someone answers this question, all progress has come to a screech
 
the past week or so we have made progress. we have gotten to the point where all we need in our app is to place the pins on the map and make it so that when you pick a location, it shows the pin of the location that you picked.  
 
last week we made a huge amount of progress because the thread error that had us stuck for a long time was fixed, so we were able to start making the picker output values and words, which is one big step closer to putting in the map locations and completing the app.
 
this week we have not gotten a large amount done because of people being gone, and we are trying to find a good way to output picker info. we did get the app icon working
 
this week we changed the look of our app to go from having multiple screens to just having one screen with a toolbar. we have also decided to try a new approach to the app and put the pins in before the picker, which is cal
 
This week we completely restarted the app because there were a lot of problems and we have progressed a lot further in the map view.
 
This week we got a lot done. We figured out how to connect the application to maps. This can allow us to make it so you can go to maps from the application which
